Mark the date! February 7th, 2012 I'll be participating in the Global Citizenship Symposium at Georgia College, including speaking on a sustainable food panel with Joel Salatin. There will be various sessions and break-outs all day long including the following:

Break-Out Groups: 11:00 am- 12:15 pm
Keynote Speaker and Lunch: Danielle Nierenberg, Project Director of the Nourishing the Planet project for the Worldwatch Institute. 12:30 - 2:00
Movie: Food Inc. 2 pm - 4 pm
Play: School Yard Injuries 4 -5 pm
Keynote: Joel Salatin, Polyface Farms & Food Inc. 7 - 8 pm
Panel Discussion: Salatin, Nierenberg and Debbie Waugh. 8 - 9 pm
